What we collect

When you apply for the founding cohort, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, company, revenue band, and your answer to the decision question. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to us.

We also use Plausible for site analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. It tells us page-level traffic, nothing about you as an individual.

Why we collect it

To evaluate founding cohort applications and to communicate with you about North Star Intelligence. That is the whole list.

Who touches your data

Formspree and Plausible act as processors for the purposes above. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad networks. We do not share your application with anyone outside North Star Intelligence.

How long we keep it

Applications are retained until the cohort decision is made, plus twelve months for follow-up. If you want your application deleted sooner, email us and we will delete it.

To access, correct, or delete your information, email cody@northstarintelligence.org. We respond to every request.

Updates

This policy will be updated as the product launches and our data practices grow. The effective date at the top will always tell you the current version.
