The short version
We collect only what you type into the first-reading form. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party marketing scripts on this site. We never sell or rent your information.
What we collect
When you submit an application: your name, work email, mobile phone, company, annual revenue band, company website, the decision you want scored, your consent, and the technical user-agent string of the browser that sent it. Nothing else.
The interactive diagnostic runs on assumptions you choose. Those inputs are not sent anywhere unless a live scoring service is connected, and no personal details are attached to them.
Where it goes
Applications are written directly to our own private application database, hosted on our managed cloud infrastructure in the United States. Only North Star Intelligence server-side code can read that table; it is not exposed to the public internet or to signed-in users of any kind.
If a CRM or intake destination is connected to our endpoint, a copy of your application is also forwarded there so we can respond faster. No other processor receives your data.
Why we use it
To review your application, prepare your first reading, and reply within one business hour, 8am to 6pm Mountain, Monday through Friday. We use your details for that engagement only, not for newsletters, lists, or advertising.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity with founding members, then deleted. Ask sooner and we delete sooner.
Your choices
Email cody@northstarintelligence.org to see, correct, or delete everything we hold about you, or to withdraw contact consent. We action requests within 30 days and do not require you to justify them.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with row-level access rules that deny all public and client-side reads. Access is limited to the founder and to server-side code that needs it to prepare your reading.
Analytics
Privacy-respecting site analytics run through Plausible on northstarintel.ai. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal identifiers. No advertising network is attached.
