Who we are

EchoCody is a trade name of North Star Intelligence LLC. Cody Johnson is the owner and operator. When you use this site, you are dealing with the company, not with Cody Johnson as a private person, except where the law says otherwise.

What this site is

This site explains EchoCody and collects founding cohort applications. It is information. It is not legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice. It is not a guarantee of results.

Illustrative models

The Potential Gap calculator, sample Index reading, sample brief, and leak ticker use illustrative figures. They are examples so you can see how the model thinks. They are not your score, not a forecast, and not a promise.

Founding cohort applications

Sending an application is a request to be considered. It is not a contract, not an invoice, and not acceptance. No sale starts until North Star Intelligence LLC accepts you in writing. Capacity is limited to twenty five companies. We may decline an application.

The EchoCody closer

The on site closer is software. It can speak English or Spanish. It is not a human and it is not a licensed advisor. Do not rely on it for legal, tax, medical, or investment decisions. If you need that kind of help, use your own advisor.

Voice and likeness

The voice you hear as Cody is licensed only to EchoCody. You may not record it to clone it, train a model on it, or use it for your own product. Cody Johnson's name and likeness stay with him and with the company.

Intellectual property

The mark, wordmark, site copy, code, closer, and knowledge base are owned by North Star Intelligence LLC unless a credit says otherwise. All rights reserved. You may not copy the mark, scrape the closer, or reuse the prompts to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a visitor or an applicant. Do not attack it, scrape it at scale, impersonate EchoCody, or feed the closer into another model. We may block access that harms the site or the brand.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is error free, that a score will match your business, or that a conversation with the closer is complete. To the extent the law allows, North Star Intelligence LLC is not liable for decisions you make after reading this site or talking with the closer.
