This site is operated by North Star Intelligence LLC, a Utah limited liability company. North Star Intelligence of Utah is a software company. Contact: cody@northstarintelligence.org.

You may read, share, and reference this site. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to breach or probe its systems, misuse the application form, or submit another person's details without their permission.

The North Star Index™ panel, the interactive diagnostic, the compounding chart, and the sample Monday Executive Brief are illustrative models built to demonstrate format. They are not industry averages, verified benchmarks, customer results, or a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions you make from modeled output are your own.

Submitting an application does not create a contract. We review each application and reply within one business hour, 8am to 6pm Mountain, Monday through Friday. Acceptance is at our discretion. Accepted applicants receive a complimentary first reading. Founding engagements are scoped on that reading and locked in a signed engagement agreement. That agreement, not this page, governs any paid work.

By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your application. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing cody@northstarintelligence.org, and we will stop contacting you and delete your application on request.

The North Star Intelligence name, marks, site design, the Index methodology, and all content here belong to North Star Intelligence LLC. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Everything else requires written permission.

You own the data you submit and the records in the systems you already run. North Star Intelligence LLC owns Wisdom OS, the scoring method, and the operating software. An engagement licenses the layer. It does not assign the method. If the attach ends, your CRM and your board still run. They do not leave with the engine.

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Star Intelligence LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its illustrative models.

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
